Spacious, comfortable room. Great amenities once familiar. Wonderful service, friendly staff. Fantastic drinks and restaurant. Perfect room service. Comfortable bed, convenient cleaning schedule. Will definitely consider staying again.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the historic center and easily accessible by tram. We were able to explore the city and visit the main attractions with ease. the room was spacious and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and nice decorations. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant experience. The service was friendly and accommodating, with the staff addressing any concerns promptly. the breakfast offered a variety of high-quality options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. we were pleased with the facilities and advantages provided.

The desk in the room was not comfortable and rather small, making it difficult to work or use a laptop comfortably.

My recent stay at the Art Suites Boutique Hotel was fantastic. The rooms were small but well laid out, with modern and elegant decor. The walk-in shower was a real treat, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located just 20 minutes away from the airport, making it easy to get to. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their perfect English made communication easy. The free WiFi and USB chargers in the room were a great convenience, especially for my work. I loved my short break in Krakow and would definitely come back to this excellent hotel.

One minor drawback was the breakfast options. While the hotel offered the usual eggs and sausages, I would have liked to see more variety, such as cereal, especially since I have dietary restrictions due to a nut allergy.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The designer rooms were extraordinary, spacious, and luxurious. The hotel facilities were great, with rooms fitted with jacuzzis and balconies providing a modern twist. The location was excellent, with easy access to shops and public transport. We could conveniently reach the Old Town, just two tram stops away. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast offered was also very tasty.

We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was lovely, with a spacious layout and beautiful interior design. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom had a fantastic power shower. We were pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped kitchenette, including a kettle and coffee machine. The overall experience was enhanced by the convenient location, just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that this vibrant area has to offer.
